Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit, dependant on the length of stay, is required to secure a booking.
• The deposit charged at the time of booking is non-refundable unless an unavoidable cancellation is made by Balnearn House.
• If a cancellation is made on the day of arrival, the full value of the booking will be charged, less any deposit paid.
