The tariffs are based on two adults sharing a room and include breakfast.

Double Room with Private Facilities - £65.00 per room

Standard Double En-suite - £68.00
Standard Twin En-suite - £68.00

Classic Double En-suite - £75.00

Tay Suite - £80.00

Family Ensuite (Double or Twin basis) - £75.00

Single Ensuite - £45.00

Classic Twin - £75.00

Winter Season (1st November 2012 - 28th February 2013)

Double Room with Private Facilities - £55.00

Standard Double En-suite - £60.00
Standard Twin En-suite - £60.00

Classic Double En-suite - £65.00

Tay Suite - £80.00

Family Ensuite - £70.00

Single Ensuite - £35.00

Classic Twin - £65.00

If our single room is unavailable, a single occupancy supplement will be charged of £15.00 per person, per night during the summer season.

Charges for children
0-3 years - £5.00 per child per night
4-10 years - £10.00 per child per night
11-15 years - £15.00 per child per night

These prices refer to children sharing a family room with an adult. Children who occupy a separate room will be charged full adult rate. The above tariffs do not include the festive season. For further details either click on our short break page or give us a call.

Terms
All prices are subject to change at Balnearn's discretion and are subject to availability. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking which is non-transferable within 14 days of the arrival date. If a cancellation is made on the day of arrival, the full value of the booking will be charged, less any deposit paid.
