of March 2009, with the exception of the Christmas and New Year period.
The cost starts from £90.00, which includes bed and breakfast
for two nights, for two people sharing a double or twin ensuite room.

This offer runs from
the 23rd of October until the 1st of March 2009, with the exception
of the Christmas and New Year period. The cost is £125.00,
which includes bed and breakfast for two people sharing a double
or twin ensuite room.
Christmas
Balnearn House will be closed this year on
the 24th, 25th & 26th of December, but will operate as normal on
all other days during the festive period.
New Year
We will be open from the 27th of December,
throughout the festivities. A minimum of a two night stay will be
on offer on the 31st & 1st of January, with the option of adding
on additional nights if wished. The rate for this two night break
will be from £70 per person.
This is based on two people sharing a double or twin en-suite room.
The 1st of January will start slowly with a Bucks Fizz brunch.
Additional days from only £30.00 per person, per night, inclusive
of breakfast.
